Return & Refund Policy

At ILYLAM, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. RETURNS (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
- 30-Day Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
HYGIENE PRODUCTS: Due to health and hygiene reasons, products such as skincare, tooth gels, and supplements (e.g., Forever Living products) cannot be returned if the safety seal is broken or the product has been opened.
2. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via Stripe or Airwallex).
3. DIGITAL SERVICES (HOSTING & AI)
- Hosting Services: Fees for ILYLAM Hosting services are generally non-refundable once the service period has commenced (Microsoft Azure infrastructure).
- Agency Services: Digital agency fees are non-refundable once the campaign setup or service execution has started.
4. SHIPPING & DAMAGES
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returns. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic proof for a free replacement.
